Team Flamingo brings together master artisans, project managers and designers whose collective experience is measured in lifetimes — not titles. We are dedicated to providing furniture, fabrication, furnishing, décor and accessories for architectural and interior marvels across India.
Over the years, the studio has evolved to delivering customisation of every form and spec — from the first sketch to detailing a finished product. Quality standards are kept high not because the brief asks for it, but because that is the only way we know to work.
We adapt skilfully to the spirit and artistry required for every customer in every project — and every project, residential or commercial, gets the same considered attention.

— What we make
Three disciplines, one team — designed, manufactured and installed end-to-end from our Bengaluru studio.
Custom and signature pieces — sofas, beds, dining, recliners, accent chairs, sideboards, consoles — built in our Bengaluru workshop in French beech, Italian veneer, brass and art-leather.
Fabrics, drapes, sheers, roman blinds, carpets, mattresses, bed linen, wallpaper and styling — sourced and made-to-measure to complete the room.
Site-built joinery, wardrobes, kitchens, panelling and finishes — fabricated to spec with sequenced trades and a single point of accountability.

Every Flamingo project flows through a five-stage handover. We hold the brief from the first conversation to the final walk-through, so nothing falls through the cracks.
We start as your strategic and knowledge partner, not just a supplier. Backed by strong brand values and an in-house design-cum-production facility, we listen first.
Every client is unique. We identify nuance, document expectations, and assign a dedicated PM who is available at every stage of the journey.
Sketch to build: discussion, detailing, drawing, prototype, template and samples. This is where design, quality and final pricing are signed off — bespoke indulgence in motion.
Perfect packaging to weather the journey to site. We organise, coordinate and despatch with the do’s and don’ts briefed to every logistics partner.
On D-Day we unwrap, assemble, install and align until the layout comes alive. Onsite quality control, a final walk-through, and your sign-off close the loop.
— The workshop
Our design and production facility in Bengaluru is where every Flamingo piece is built. Astute artisanship and decades of hands-on experience meet superior raw materials and a state-of-the-art manufacturing process — buffing, cutting, soldering, polish, natural-timber lining, spring & belt work, and hand needle-craft.
Every product has a unique character. That character becomes the DNA we ideate and build from. Selection and sourcing balance technical, functional and emotional brief — so each piece is durable, optimised in value, and finished to specifications that are proprietary to Flamingo.
Two decades of work has passed through those benches. The furniture that shipped in 2007 to a Bengaluru home is still in that home. The wardrobes fitted for Cochin International Airport in 2011 are still holding up staff uniforms. Longevity is not a marketing claim; it is the actual test our joinery has to pass before a piece is allowed to leave the workshop floor.

— Materials & standards
The materials list on a Flamingo project is a document, not a habit. Every timber, stone, metal and fabric is chosen for the room it will live in — and left out of every other room where it does not fit.
Timber runs to French beech, Italian veneer, Indian teak, solid oak and walnut. Every slab is cut, seasoned and moisture-checked before it enters joinery. That habit adds weeks to the timeline and years to the piece — a trade we have never once regretted.
Stone is a slower conversation. Italian and Indian marble slabs are inspected at the quarry, matched for veining, and finished for the specific wall or floor. We do the same with basalt, granite and travertine when a brief calls for them. Nothing arrives at site un-numbered.
Metals are cast where the piece asks for the hand of it — brass legs, bronze pulls, hammered stainless — and machined where consistency wins over character. Leather and art-leather pass grain, hand and colour-fastness checks before a single yard is upholstered.
Every material carries a paper trail from sourcing lot to workshop bench to install date. None of this is glamorous work. It is the quiet reason a Flamingo piece still reads the way it did the day it left the studio, three years on.
