Triage, within two working days. Whether it lands on the estimate form, this contact form, WhatsApp or email, one of us reads it before it moves. Project briefs go to the consultant with the closest work in that sector. Press, careers and partnership notes go to the founder’s desk directly.
A first response with a written picture. You will hear back with what we understood, what we would need to see to price it properly, and a suggested next step. If the fit is not right, we say so kindly and point you at studios who would be a better home for the brief.
Consultation — free of charge, held in your time. If it is a project we would like to take on, we schedule a 30-minute call or a studio visit. You walk out with a materials list, a working timeline and an honest first number.

No — our studio is in Bengaluru but we take projects across India. Recent work spans Tirupati, Nellore, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. For the right project we travel.
Yes, by appointment. Email or call us to book a slot — we'll set aside time so you can see our furniture, fabric library and current samples without rushing.

Yes — our furnishing collections ship across India, with installation handled by our partner network. Transport is quoted per delivery and billed at cost. For international, write to us.
