The studio has finished more than 150 projects. The sample below is small on purpose. Every one on the wall satisfied three quiet standards, and every one that isn’t on the wall failed one of them.
The first is a brief that respects the material. A room designed around Italian marble, French beech or hand-cast brass must earn those materials at the level of detail — the way a joint lands, the way a hinge sits, the way a light falls on grain. We turn down briefs where the material is decoration rather than structure.
The second is a client who wants the same room in year ten as in year one. We are not a photograph studio. If the brief asks for a look that will read stale in eighteen months, we ask the harder question first — and often walk the client back into a longer-lasting version of the same instinct.
The third is a project the workshop can hold end to end. Some work belongs to other studios, and we say so plainly. What we take, we take responsibility for — from the first sketch through the last coat of polish.

Residential Bengaluru 2024
A family villa on Bengaluru's eastern edge — turnkey commission from architectural shell to occupied home. Brass detailing and Italian marble in the formal rooms; fluted teak and hand-loom cotton through the family wing.
Residential Tirupati 2024
Bespoke Kensington and Alcazar collections in dual-fabric upholstery, paired with rose-gold finished hardware and Italian marble. A south-facing residence built around a courtyard.
Hospitality MG Road, Bengaluru 2023
A 120-cover restaurant where the brief was ‘quiet’. Walnut booths, hand-stitched leather seat backs, a single brass chandelier per zone, and bespoke acoustic panels lined in mulberry silk.
Retail Indiranagar, Bengaluru 2023
A retail floor for a heritage menswear label. Travertine plinths, raw cotton drapes, fluted timber walls in three height zones, lighting specified to read fabric weave at the rail.
Corporate Nellore 2023
A CEO floor in art-leather and beech wood — Westminster, Richard, and President working in concert. Custom desk in French beech with brass detailing and a quiet leather-lined breakout.
Corporate Bengaluru 2022
Workplace fit-out across three floors — workstations, breakouts, a boardroom suite, a campus café. A custom modular workstation library, deployed in stages without disrupting operations.
Aviation Ernakulam 2021
Bespoke seating and retail joinery for the new domestic concourse. Specified for high traffic, low maintenance, and a 15-year service life. Patinated steel and Burmese teak throughout.
Institutional Bengaluru 2020
Conservation-grade joinery for legislative chambers and approach. Hand-restored teak panelling, antique-bronze hardware, and a careful new-old material match across two phases of work.
