— What we do
Three drawers,
one workshop, one brief.
Interior design, custom furniture, and furnishing & decor — under one Bengaluru roof. Pull a drawer to see what's inside.
Concept-led interiors with a craftsperson's eye for material, light and proportion. Every project starts with a long conversation about how a room should feel — what light it gets, how it's lived in, what materials should age well in it. Drawings, mood-boards, sample boards, joinery details, 3D walk-throughs are signed off in stages so there are no surprises later.

— Common questions
Things people ask before they brief us.
01Do you take projects outside Bengaluru?
Yes, regularly. We're a Bengaluru atelier by base — workshop, supervisors and most of the team are here — but more than half our delivered work is outside the city. We've shipped to Tirupati, Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Ernakulam and Pan-India for chain clients like Chai Point. Logistics is a craft we run in-house, not a sub-contracted handoff.
02How long does an interior design project usually take?
A residential turnkey runs 10–14 weeks from signed brief to occupied home, depending on scale and material lead times. A retail or hospitality fit-out runs 8–14 weeks. A single-piece commission (an armchair, a bed, a console) is usually 6–10 weeks from order to delivery. Concept stage alone is 3–4 weeks; the build typically takes the balance.
03Can I commission a single piece of furniture without engaging the full studio?
Absolutely. About a third of our orders are single pieces from our six in-house collections — Westminster, Richard, President, Brennen, Kensington, Alcazar — or bespoke one-offs to a brief. You can configure dimensions, fabric, finish and hardware. We deliver and install across South India; further afield, we crate and freight.
04Do you partner with retailers or open franchise studios in other cities?
Yes — that's our Atelier Network. Three tracks: a Franchise Programme to open a Flamingo studio under our brand in your city; a Trade & White-Label track that puts our furniture in your showroom under your label; and Exports for international retailers and hospitality groups. Visit /atelier-network to enquire.
05What materials do you typically work with?
Our standing material library includes French beech, Italian veneer, Burmese teak and walnut for joinery; Italian marble and travertine for stone; brass, antique bronze, rose-gold detailing and patinated steel for hardware; art-leather, mulberry silk, hand-loom cotton and linen for upholstery and drape. We sample on site, in your light, before we cut.
06How do you cost a project?
Transparent line-item quotes. After concept sign-off we issue a written estimate broken down by joinery, furniture, fabric, services and contingency. Variations are tracked as written change orders so the final invoice never surprises. We don't quote ranges before we've seen the brief — every project is genuinely bespoke.
A brief for
the workshop?
Most projects need three or four of these. Tell us about the room, the home, or the building, and we'll come back within two working days with a clear next step.
